    We offer a variety of preventative pediatric care services such as ADHD diagnosis and treatment, school and sports physicals, annual physical exams, vaccinations and immunizations, and wellness exams.

     In order to give continuous pediatric care for your child, we are open weekdays until 7:00 pm and on Saturday until 12:00 noon. We plan to expand these hours in the near future

    •  We’re thrilled and honored you’re considering Tots 2 Teens Kid Care for your child’s healthcare journey. We're currently accepting new patients—from newborns all the way up to age 21. We offer both scheduled appointments and walk-ins for sick visits, and because we know life happens outside of business hours, we’ve got you covered with afterhours.     • Medical Records:  Please note that there is a $25.00 administrative fee per child and up to a 14-day processing period. This initial $25.00 fee is required in advance and covers the first 20 pages of the record. Any pages beyond the initial 20 will incur an additional charge of $0.50 per page. To begin processing your request, please call us at 972-256-2028 to pay the advance fee. 
    • Vaccine Records Requests: Please note that there is a $10.00 administrative fee per child and up to a 48-hour processing period. This fee is required in advance. To begin your request, please call our office at 972-256-2028 to process your payment
